USGA
Definition
The United States Golf Association; the national governing body of golf in the United States and Mexico, responsible for establishing handicapping and the Rules of Golf, as well as conducting various major championships.
A collective noun for the folks who decide your golf game is too easy and need to move the tee box back another thirty yards to ensure your weekend misery.
