Timothy Busfield (born June 12, 1957) is an American actor and director best known for playing Elliot Weston on the television series Thirtysomething, for which he won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.
He is also recognized for roles such as Ray Kinsella's brother-in-law in Field of Dreams and Danny Concannon on The West Wing.
Busfield has over 750 professional credits as an actor, director, and producer.
