Robert Brovdi, also known by his callsign 'Madyar', is a Ukrainian military commander appointed by President Zelenskyy as the head of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces, responsible for drone operations targeting Russian military assets.

A former soldier, politician, and businessman, Brovdi founded the 'Madyar's Birds' drone unit and has pioneered innovative unmanned warfare tactics, aiming to destroy a third of battlefield targets including oil depots, troops, and enemy morale.

In recent interviews, he emphasized strategies to outpace Russian recruitment by inflicting over 30,000 casualties monthly through precise drone strikes.
