Gerald Paddio

Gerald Paddio (April 21, 1965 – April 4, 2026) was an American professional basketball player who primarily played as a 6 ft 7 in (2.01 m) small forward.
He achieved collegiate success at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), contributing to their 1987 Final Four appearance under coach Jerry Tarkanian.
Drafted by the Boston Celtics in the 1988 NBA Draft (3rd round, 74th overall), Paddio played for five NBA teams including the New York Knicks, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Seattle SuperSonics over three seasons, averaging career totals across 129 games.
Post-NBA, he had an extensive international career spanning Europe, Asia, Latin America, and minor leagues until 2004.
