Enrique Cruz Jr. (born August 4, 2003, in Chicago, Illinois) is an American football offensive tackle for the San Francisco 49ers of the NFL.
A 6 ft 6 in (1.98 m), 320 lb (145 kg) lineman, he played college football at Syracuse University from 2021 to 2024 and transferred to the University of Kansas, starting all 12 games at right tackle in 2025.
He was selected by the 49ers in the fifth round (No. 179 overall) of the 2026 NFL Draft after impressing at the NFL Scouting Combine.
