Chris Smalls (born Christian Smalls, 1988) is an American labor organizer and activist, best known as the founder and president of the Amazon Labor Union (ALU), which achieved the first successful unionization of an Amazon warehouse in Staten Island, New York, in 2022.
A prominent figure in the U.S. labor movement, Smalls has also been involved in pro-Palestine activism, including participation in the Freedom Flotilla and protests against corporate figures like Jeff Bezos.
