Charles Wall is an American attorney and government official who serves as the Deputy Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), appointed on January 15, 2026, by DHS Secretary Kristi Noem.
A New Orleans native, Jesuit High School alumnus, University of New Orleans graduate, and Tulane Law School alumnus, Wall previously held the position of Principal Legal Advisor (PLA) for ICE's Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA).
