Billy Napier (born July 21, 1979) is an American college football coach, currently serving as the head coach of the James Madison University Dukes football team since December 2025.
He previously achieved success as head coach of the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns (2018-2021), leading them to multiple bowl games, before a stint at the University of Florida Gators (2022-2025) where he compiled a 22-23 record and was fired mid-2025 season.
