Formerly the head coach of the University of Florida Gators from 1996 to 2015, where he led the team to back-to-back NCAA Division I championships in 2006 and 2007.
Prior to the NBA, he coached the Oklahoma City Thunder from 2015 to 2020, known for his emphasis on player development and high-intensity defense.
