Definition
Alejandro Rosales Castillo (born November 26, 1998), also known as Alex Castillo, is a former FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitive accused of the first-degree murder of his 23-year-old co-worker Truc Quan “Sandy” Ly Le in Charlotte, North Carolina, on August 16, 2016.
The alleged motive was robbery: he lured her to repay a debt, forced her to withdraw $1,000, shot her in the head, and dumped her body in a wooded ravine. He fled to Mexico with his girlfriend, who later surrendered.
