Rob Orlando (April 28, 1975 – April 6, 2026) was an American CrossFit athlete, coach, and gym owner, best known as the 'Strongman of CrossFit' for his legendary feats of strength and four appearances at the CrossFit Games.
He owned Hybrid Athletics in Bridgeport and inspired countless athletes with his unyielding grit, even during his two-year battle with cancer.
