Regis Prograis is an American former professional boxer who competed primarily in the light welterweight (super lightweight) division.
Known by his nickname 'Rougarou' (inspired by the Louisiana werewolf legend), he held the World Boxing Association (WBA) super lightweight title and was a southpaw fighter from New Orleans.
