Philip Rivers (born December 8, 1981) is an American professional football quarterback who played 17 seasons in the NFL, primarily with the San Diego/Los Angeles Chargers (2004–2019) and Indianapolis Colts (2020), amassing over 63,000 passing yards and 421 touchdowns.
Known for his rapid release, competitive fire, and distinctive shuffle footwork, Rivers earned eight Pro Bowl selections and became the Chargers' all-time passing leader.
