Millionaire for Life™ is a multi-state daily draw lottery game launched in the United States in 2026, replacing games like Cash4Life and Lucky for Life in over 30 states and Washington, D.C. Players select five numbers from 1-58 and one Millionaire Ball from 1-5 for a chance to win $1,000,000 a year for life.
The top prize is an annuity of $1 million annually for the winner's lifetime (with a cash option available), while the second-tier prize offers $100,000 a year for life.
