Miela Sowah (née Goodchild) is an Australian professional basketball player, born on June 4, 2000, in Brisbane, Queensland, currently playing as a guard for the Townsville Fire in the Women's National Basketball League (WNBL).
She has won two WNBL championships with the Townsville Fire (2018 as a development player and 2026), earned All-WNBL Second Team honors in 2025 and 2026, and represented Australia internationally, including gold at the 2025 FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup.
Sowah played college basketball at Duke University and has been invited to the Golden State Valkyries' training camp ahead of the 2026 WNBA season.
