Max Plante is an American ice hockey forward born on February 20, 2006, in Duluth, Minnesota.
He plays college hockey for the University of Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs in the NCHC and was drafted 47th overall by the Detroit Red Wings in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft.
Renowned for his elite passing ability, especially backhand saucers, Plante won gold with Team USA at the 2025 IIHF World Junior Championship.
