Kaitlin Marie Armstrong (born November 21, 1987) is an American convicted murderer, former yoga instructor, and licensed realtor, notorious for the first-degree murder of professional cyclist Anna Moriah 'Mo' Wilson on May 11, 2022, in Austin, Texas.
Driven by jealousy after learning of Wilson's brief romantic involvement with Armstrong's boyfriend, Colin Strickland, she shot Wilson three times, fled internationally using disguises and her sister's passport, and was apprehended after 43 days in Costa Rica.
Convicted in November 2023, she received a 90-year prison sentence (parole eligible after 30 years) and is serving time at the Dr. Lane Murray Unit in Gatesville, Texas; her story inspired a 2024 Lifetime movie and a 2026 Netflix documentary.
