He played college football at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) from 2019 to 2021, where he set freshman rushing records, before transferring to the University of Central Florida (UCF) for his final seasons.
Professionally, Plumlee has appeared in the NFL with the Pittsburgh Steelers as an undrafted free agent and in the UFL with the Houston Gamblers.
