John Brennan

John O. Brennan (born September 22, 1955) is a retired U.S. intelligence officer who served as the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) from March 2013 to January 2017 during the Obama administration.
A key figure in national security, he oversaw counterterrorism operations, drone strikes, and intelligence assessments, later becoming a vocal commentator on U.S. foreign policy and domestic politics.
Brennan is also an author, with books critiquing intelligence failures and political interference in spy agencies.
