Jessie Blodgett (1994–July 15, 2013) was an American college student at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, musician, actress, and social justice activist from Hartford, Wisconsin, known for her talents in playing instruments, singing, and performing.
She was tragically murdered in her home at age 19 by her ex-boyfriend Daniel Bartelt, who strangled her; the case garnered significant media attention, including recent features on 20/20.
