A medical emergency that occurs when the body's internal temperature drops below 95°F (35°C), hindering the normal function of the heart, nervous system, and other organs.
The physical state of 'getting way too cold for comfort,' often resulting from prolonged exposure to freezing environments without adequate thermal protection.
