Henry B. Eyring is an American religious leader and former academic administrator, best known as the First Counselor in the First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Born on May 31, 1933, he has held various leadership roles in the church since 1985, including as a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and president of Ricks College (now BYU-Idaho).
