Gianpiero Lambiase, known as 'GP', is a British-Italian Formula 1 engineer and motorsport executive, who has been Max Verstappen's race engineer at Red Bull Racing since 2016 and currently serves as Head of Race Engineering.
Lambiase is set to leave Red Bull in 2028 to join McLaren as Chief Racing Officer, marking a significant shift in F1 personnel.
