Chase Claypool is a Canadian professional American football wide receiver born on July 7, 1998, in Abbotsford, British Columbia.
He played college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the second round (49th overall) of the 2020 NFL Draft.
Claypool has suited up for the Steelers (2020–2022), Chicago Bears (2022–2023), Miami Dolphins (2023), and Buffalo Bills (2024 offseason), earning PFWA All-Rookie honors in his debut year with nine receiving touchdowns.
After a toe injury and release from the Bills in August 2024, he announced in July 2025 his intent to stage an NFL comeback.
