Carsten Charles 'CC' Sabathia Jr. (born July 21, 1980) is a retired American professional baseball pitcher who played 19 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB), most notably with the Cleveland Indians/Guardians, Milwaukee Brewers, and New York Yankees.
A left-handed power pitcher standing 6'6" and weighing around 300 lbs, he won the 2007 AL Cy Young Award, was a six-time All-Star, and amassed over 3,000 strikeouts in his career.
